It was so wonderful to go back and remember those few moments of that special day.
Terri, you made my wedding day dream come true!! My dad and I had a great time riding in the carriage right before my arrival. This ride allowed a few extra moments for us to take it all in before my Dad walked me down the aisle! Everyone was in amazement to see such a beautiful horse and carriage—what an elegant arrival!!!
Also, having time for me and my husband to enjoy a wonderful ride in the carriage right after our ceremony was brilliant! It was absolutely perfect to have a few minutes to ourselves before the excitement started!! “Love and marriage, love and marriage go together like a horse and carriage…”
You and your assistant made me feel so at ease and so comfortable. You helped me and my Dad make our arrival so perfect. Also, the horse was absolutely gorgeous. He is so well trained and was so well behaved for all of our guest and young children.

Oh my gosh, I can't say enough about Arrivals in Elegance! My family surprised me with a a horse drawn carriage for my wedding. Terri was sooooo nice, she shared with me how my mom wanted it to be a secret and the two stayed in constant communication in order for it to be perfect for me. Terri and Regan (the horse) took my husband and I for a ride after the ceremony, at which time she presented us with champagne and two glasses. My mom had mentioned on multiple occasions how easy it was to work with Terri and how responsive it was. In speaking with Terri, you would have thought she was apart of my family- she seemed so genuine and really wanted this to be a special day for us. We are so glad she and Regan could be apart of it!

Our wedding took place at Jasmine Plantation in Providence Forge, Virginia. It was a very warm evening and the sun was shining, clouds of rain were in the distance.
I was fortunate enough to have gotten a recommendation from the innkeepers at Jasmine Plantation to seek out our horse and buggy ride through Arrivals In Elegance. My fiance at the time knew I wanted to arrive in a buggy and that was all I really cared about. I was discouraged about being able to find one on short notice, since we moved our wedding up several months early and only had a few weeks to plan.
Then I spoke with Terri Aigner. She made it very easy for me to have my dream come true! The price was affordable, and the accommodations could not have been any better.
I had two requests and they were both met... I had three special little girls that I wanted to arrive before me by horse and buggy, and then she came back for me so I could arrive with my Dad.
They stayed til our ceremony was over and gave the girls a go around again, which made their smiles permanent and our next few days filled with “when can we go again for a ride on the horse and buggy!”
We have wonderful pictures to remember our wedding day! Our horse & buggy ride was a beautiful memorable experience I will never forget. If I ever need to use Arrivals In Elegance’s services again I definately would.

I did not know if I really wanted a horse & carriage on my wedding day, but my husband convinced me that it would be perfect. It turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined! Terri was very professional and sweet and worked with us to ensure our transportation would be safe and intimate. She even let the kids go for a ride, which was soo sweet!
